We had a wonderful staycation in Rodanthe! The house actually looked even better than the photos as it had just been resided and painted. We enjoyed the pool and huges deck around the pool, the awesome ocean veiws and sound views and it was located so close to our watersports business across the street so we could hop on a boat and jetski for the week! Perfect location, fantastic place for the entire family and pups! I would highly recommend it for families needing space, fun and entertaining things to do like the pool, hot tub, pool table, etc. And the walk to the beach is so quick and easy. :)
We absolutely loved the Carolina Breeze for our first family trip to the outerbanks. Amazing location with less than a minute walk and you’re on the beach. The pool and hot tub were amazing and all amenities were described perfectly. You can tell the home has been well loved and taken care of. Vino was wonderful and very communicative, with responses within typically 30 mins or less, he sent reminders with detailed instructions, let me know prior to our arrival that something was broken (not an issue for us whatsoever) but he was already addressing the issue, and even checked on us right after our check out. The only thing I wish I would’ve done is bring a baby gate but that is on me! If I could give more than 5 stars I would and we look forward to returning to Rodanthe! Thank you for making our first trip here AMAZING!
We loved this house! There was plenty of space for all 9 of us and the two refrigerators came in handy. The views were great of both the ocean and the sound and it’s a quick walk from the beach. We definitely recommend heating the pool - without it we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy it to the full potential. Vino was an awesome host and responded quickly to our questions. Would fully recommend staying at Carolina Breeze!
Vino's home was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great, deck has an amazing view, our kids had plenty to do all week, between the beach, pool, and game room, and there was plenty of space! We hope to book again in the future.

Relax by the pool or lounge on the sundeck with picnic table. Step inside to the game room with pool table, foosball, 55" LCD TV and wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave and convenient half bath. There are 2 bedrooms on this level including one master. The second level has 4 bedrooms, including 2 masters and 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All of the bedrooms in this home have TVs. Also on this level are the laundry area and bubbly hot tub on a covered deck with views of the ocean and sound. On the top level you'll enjoy the well-furnished great room featuring 65 " LCD TV, that opens onto a spacious sundeck perfect for ocean memories. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, large dining area and screened porch will keep the chefs happy. Enjoy sunsets over the sound from the king master bedroom's cozy window seat. This is a home that everyone will enjoy year after year! So take a dip in the pool, a stroll on the beach, and relax in the CAROLINA BREEZE..
Hello, As you are getting ready to check-in , please keep the following house rules in mind. I will text and email you the house access code a day before your check-in. PET FEE : MAX 2 dog below 60lb . $90 per stay No Smoking: We appreciate our guests who smoke doing so only outside and using the cans provided for your debris. Please help keep our home smoke free for the enjoyment of all our guests. Bed Linens are provided for your stay. Bath Towels : ONLY provided for weeks between Memorial Day and Labor Day . Please plan to bring your own towels . Alternatively , you can rent for additional $150 ( set of 14 - bath towels , hand towels, wash cloth) Note: Beach towels are NOT provided . Pool: Open from Mid April to end of October . Pool heat is optional. $500 per week Absolutely no Moving furniture or Electronic equipment around . Remember to keep doors and windows closed when the heat or AC are in use. Please do not lower the thermostat below 72 degrees while using the AC. Any lower setting will cause the AC to freeze and stop functioning. We are on a septic system, PLEASE: no grease in the drains and do not overload the toilets with paper, use the trash for other items. Pets: This is a pet friendly property however NO Pets allowed in the property unless you have cleared with us and paid the pet fee. Please keep the fridge temperature controls at the medium setting. The units have been opened more on departure day and once you stock your warm food it may take up to 12 hours for the fridge to reach optimal cooling after your arrival. GUEST DEPARTURE RESPONSIBILITIES: TAKE OUT ALL TRASH, IF TIME ALLOWS WASH AND PUT AWAY ALL DISHES, OTHERWISE PLEASE BE SURE ALL DIRTIES ARE IN DISHWASHER AND CLEANING CYCLE STARTED.
